Indoor and outdoor swimming pool

Dive into our swimming pool heated to 31°C with massage jets in an exceptional setting surrounded by nature, surrounded by the Vosges forest. Calm and a change of scenery will be on the program for your aquatic session, perfect for keeping in shape!

Saunas

Eliminate stress and impurities from your body in one of our 3 saunas from 45°C to 90°C, between wood, marble and ceiling frescoes.

Hammam

Relax in our hammam with unique scents thanks to its humid heat…

Organic Sauna

Enjoy a moment of pure relaxation in our bio sauna with essential oils allowing you to release your tensions. The temperature is milder and therefore easier to bear.

Salt Cave

Discover inhalotherapy, which consists of taking advantage of the benefits of salty air on the skin and the respiratory tract. The walls of the salt cave are covered with natural salt crystals: let yourself be tempted by a session in this intimate and comfortable atmosphere.

Laconium

A gentle version of the Finnish sauna, it leads to relaxation and well-being, both for the body and the mind, in a chic and elegant setting made of marble and colorful mosaics.

Ice fountain

To alternate with the heat of the sauna and hammam and activate blood circulation.

The Spa is open to hotel guests every day from 09:00 to 19:00 and the swimming pool from 8:00 to 20:00 (from 15:30 on the day of arrival until 11:00).
Children are welcome at the Spa every day and must be accompanied by an adult.

For our external customers, the Spa and its services are available on reservation only and from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The Lara Spa Institute

The expert hands of our beauticians will be able to combine fitness and relaxation: body treatments, facials, scrubs and massages, relaxing Californian or Indonesian massages and hydro-massage baths. We also offer beauty treatments for your hands and feet by welcoming you to a space specially dedicated to nail care. Sanitary pass - Covid 19

Due to the new government measures, we will check your Health Pass. Access to the spa, hotel, restaurant and terrace will be subject to presentation of the health pass with QR code in European format showing one of the following 3 cases:

– complete vaccination schedule

– negative PCR or antigen test less than 24 hours old

– the result of a positive PCR or antigen test attesting to recovery from Covid-19, dating back at least 11 days and less than 6 months.

In the event of an invalid health pass, the initial cancellation conditions continue to apply.
