The materials present are in perfect harmony with the architectural ensemble: the wood enhanced with panels and fabrics adds to the comfort and tranquility. At the “V”, everything is done to soothe, rest the gaze and bring guests back to listening to the senses: the pleasures of taste, scents, beauty. Surrounded by works of art (paintings and sculptures) let your senses wander for a unique moment of relaxation.
The “V” is a simple, elegant place, in the image of its warm, welcoming decoration and borrows from a resolutely Alsatian way of life. The lines are clean, the shapes simple. The nobility of the place is at the rendezvous between red, gray, black and chocolate-colored woods.

Welcomed by the charming smile of our hostesses who will help you choose your table, you will immediately be immersed in a cozy atmosphere that sets the tone and marks every moment of the day or evening. The discreet voluptuousness of our brasserie adds a personal note of conviviality to this place where one likes to spend a moment for business or with friends, whatever the time.
You can also opt to sit on the adjoining terrace. You will then enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the forest and the Vosges mountains. In the shade of a parasol, let yourself be tempted by our Tea-Time, and why not, at nightfall, enjoy a romantic dinner under the stars, well sheltered under our bubble.
The kitchen is the major asset and it is worth the detour! The chef and his assistants officiate in the kitchen to serve your taste buds.
The cuisine is modern, inventive, but always centered on local products and seasonal whims. The dishes are accompanied by the best selected wines, often served by the glass; this formula allows, in respect of the dish chosen, to taste each dish with the appropriate wine.
Opt for the hare saddle terrine with lentils, the raw salmon marinated in beetroot or even the traditional sauerkraut… The Chef’s pastries will allow you to end your meal in style.
The V Brewery
The “Brasserie” menu will be offered to you every day from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and the “Restaurant” menu from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (except Saturday evening). From Monday to Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Le V will also offer you its “Express Saveurs” menu, dishes prepared according to market produce.
